There may be a withdrawal penalty associated with your account as outlined below. If the Enrolment Withdrawal Notification Form is received:

On or before May 15, you will not be charged tuition/fees for the upcoming school year.
Between May 16 and May 31, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to one (1) month’s tuition.
Between June 1 and June 30, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to two (2) months’ tuition.
After June 30, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to two (2) months’ tuition plus the monthly tuition for each month after June up to and including the withdrawal date.

*Note: all penalties are based on the following year’s tuition schedule.

SCS recognizes that there can be extenuating circumstances that prompt a student withdrawal. Families withdrawing a student after May 15 may be exempt from penalties if the family is moving/relocating a minimum of 50 kilometers away from the school; if school administration initiates the withdrawal; or, under other circumstances approved by school administration.
