    All exams begin at 9:00 AM.

    Exam length will be between 90 minutes and 3 hours depending on the exam and the skill of the student. Students are expected to be in the Commons Area or outside until they leave the premises.  The Gym will not be open for use.

    Please note that Biology 30 and English Language Arts 30 are departmental exams with specific dates/time assigned by the Ministry of Education.

    Semester 2 begins for all students in grades 9-12 on Tuesday, January 28.  Grade 12 students writing exams after semester two begins will be expected to go to their next class after their exam is complete.

During the evening, we will provide valuable information about our upcoming high school course offerings, share insights into the diverse extracurricular opportunities available, and discuss what makes SCS the natural choice for continuing your child's educational journey.  We will also discuss the school’s Grade 8 Celebration event to be held in June and the opportunities for parent involvement in this event.

    We are excited to announce our newly formatted Heritage Day celebration!  We would like to acknowledge and celebrate our familial, cultural, and spiritual heritage by having a "Heritage Day Fair" in grades K-5. You will enjoy a brief stage presentation followed by classroom interactions. Everyone is welcome to attend!

    Ski Trip Information Packages were sent home on January 6, 2025, with all students in grades 4-8.  All trip details and forms are included below or available at the School Office. 

    FORM SUBMISSION & PAYMENT DEADLINE:
    JANUARY 30, 2025*

    *This is a firm deadline as numbers must be given to Table Mountain in advance.  We cannot accept late sign-ups or payments.  Refunds will not be provided, so please select carefully.

    This optional fundraising program is an online ordering service where students may order lunch and have it delivered to the school.  The service will be available frequently throughout the year with varying restaurant options.  And the best part is, proceeds from these lunches support our school!  This fundraiser is open to SCS students and staff only.
