    The Board of Trustees, (the "Board"), is responsible for the administration of the affairs of Saskatoon Society for Christian Education, Inc. (the "Society"), which operates Saskatoon Christian School. The Board is comprised of up to nine trustees.

    Please join us at the Spring Update Meeting on May 22. Your voice is important to us!

    SCS presents… “The Rules of Comedy - A Musical Extravaganza”.  You're in for a treat with this hilarious play that breaks down what makes things funny! Narrators analyze different elements of comedy and put their theories to the test using Hamlet as their grand experiment. With clever observations, unexpected twists, and musical numbers thrown in for good measure, the play delivers silly rules, goofy actions, and plenty of laughter—proving that comedy can be found in the most unlikely places!

    We are excited to announce our continuous enrolment process for all current families at Saskatoon Christian School.

    Annual payment option
    As we continue to refine our enrolment process, we’re pleased to offer families the option to pay tuition annually through a recurring credit card payment or Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). To set this up, please complete the Recurring Payment Authorization form. Non-recurring annual payments can still be made by cash, cheque or PAD, provided they are received at the Division Office by June 1. However, all families paying annually, using recurring arrangements or not, must complete the Recurring Payment Authorization form to secure their child(ren)'s seat, ensuring payment authorization is on-file in the event a payment has not yet been received.

    Please note that starting this coming school year, discounts will no longer be offered on annual tuition payments.

    All monthly recurring payments follow a 12-month payment schedule 
    For families on monthly payment plans, we have successfully introduced a 12-month recurring payment option, allowing tuition to be spread across the entire year, starting each July. Beginning this upcoming school year, all families currently on a 10-month plan will automatically transition to the 12-month schedule, with the first automatic withdrawal occurring in July. We are also pleased to announce that families can now make their recurring payments via credit card or PAD for added convenience. If you did not fill out a Recurring Payment Authorization form last year, you will be required to complete this form to secure your child(ren)’s seat. 

    Student withdrawal notification deadline
    To support our planning process and provide waitlisted families with enrolment opportunities, we have established an official student withdrawal deadline of May 15 for the following school year. Current families have until May 15 to complete an Enrolment Withdrawal Notification Form without incurring a financial penalty. Withdrawal forms received after this date will be subject to a financial penalty. 

    Tuition summary reviews will be emailed to current families 
    Once tuition rates for the upcoming school year are finalized, we will be emailing each current family a personalized tuition summary outlining the amount owed for the upcoming school year. At that time, we will also notify families if their Recurring Payment Authorization form is incomplete and offer assistance for completing the form to ensure their child(ren)'s continued enrolment at Saskatoon Christian School. No further action is required unless the form has not been submitted or is incomplete.

    Financial assistance reminder
    Current families requiring financial assistance for the 2025-2026 school year are encouraged to apply to Apple Financial Services by March 31, 2025. 

    Connect with the Division Office for additional support
    To ensure your child(ren)’s seat is secured for the upcoming school year, all current families who have not yet completed a Recurring Payment Authorization form must submit a completed form to the Division Office by May 15 (in person or via email). If you're unsure whether you've already completed the form, please contact the Division Office at (306) 343-1494, ext. 294, or email divisionoffice@saskatoonchristianschool.ca —we're happy to assist you.

    This optional fundraising program is an online ordering service where students may order lunch and have it delivered to the school.  The service will be available frequently throughout the year with varying restaurant options.  And the best part is, proceeds from these lunches support our school!  This fundraiser is open to SCS students and staff only.
