“When Anxiety Comes to School”
Join us for a session designed for parents of children and youth eager to understand the roots of anxiety. You'll learn how to support your child when anxiety affects their social relationships or learning. This session will delve into the nervous system's role in anxiety and ways to keep it calm and grounded. Parents will leave with simple, effective strategies for addressing some anxiety symptoms that benefit both kids and the adults who love them.
